• Change the TV channel to another broadcaster. If the audio sync is correct, then the issue is coming from the source audio of the programme you are watching. It is not a TV audio malfunction
• Sometimes, external devices connected to the TV such as receivers or sound bars, have a specific setting for lip sync. Please check the settings of your external device. If you are unsure whether your external device features such a setting, please check your instruction manual
